What you give us
When you fill in the booking form we collect your name, phone, email and whatever you write to us. We use it only to arrange your fitting and reply to you. We do not sell it and we do not share it. Enquiries arrive in the salon inbox and stay there.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics (to see which pages and gowns get looked at most) and Google Ads (to know which advertising is worth doing). These tools set cookies and treat your visit as a statistic rather than a name — we do not know who you are until you contact us yourself. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. An email or a phone call is enough.
